About Me
I am an independent filmmaker being hired regularly as a Script Supervisor. I also write and occasionally direct my original work. I have extensive Grip experience and trained at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts to be a Producer for Television. My Scripty kit includes the Atom 500 SDI video transmitter and receiver from Vaxis, and I use MovieSlate 8, the cloud-based production app on an iPad, on set.
I returned to school in 2017 to pursue my first degree and launch a second career, this one in Film and Television; and graduated Cum Laude from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. While at Tisch, I produced and/or directed 10 productions in just two years. Awarded the Gilman Scholarship in 2019, I spent a semester studying 35mm filmmaking at The Film School of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, Czech Republic. My last short, Ideologies & The Promise, was created in New York City, just three days shy of the COVID-19 lockdown and had its first public screening at the 2021 Latino Film Market of New York City, where it won Best Latino Short 2021. To date, it has been won six awards and screened at 10 film festivals.
As Special Projects Manager in my former career, I created and produced over 40 special events, exhibitions, public talks and symposium. In 2016, I curated a major exhibition on Mark Morris at the National Museum of Dance in honor of the choreographer’s induction into the Vanderbilt Whitney Dance Hall of Fame (Saratoga, NY.)
I have been in the industry since 2020.
