About Me

My name is Janine, but a lot of people refer to me as J9. I'm from NYC and just moved down here to Miami. I have my Bachelors in Photography, but thereafter worked as a professional dancer. I have danced for Madonna, Comedy Central, Spotify, Mountain Dew, Phish, etc. Because of this, I started filming a lot of dance and music videos of the sort. I also began taking headshots of fellow dancers.

Now I have my own studio down here in Miami, I own two Sony cameras, I have an array of professional lighting and other tools to assist in my photographer/videographer needs. I am pretty well versed in composition because of my background in being both behind the camera and in front of it. My resume includes documentary work for a plastic surgeon here in Miami, photographing Mr. Wonderful of Shark Tank, Music Videos for M. Lee Post, and creating content for Sound Healers and Dancers.

I edit in Adobe Premiere and also operate the Mavic Air 2 Drone.

I have been in the industry since 2017.
