A creative loft in the middle of Midtown Manhattan. Our space is ideal for parties, production shoots, workshops, conferences, & so much more! LOFT39 has a swanky, glamorous level known as the “Speakeasy Space” that creates an intimate ambiance. The “Open Space” level, located right above the “Speakeasy”, can serve as a blank canvas for your event.

With over 2,500 square feet of usable space, we can accommodate up to 200 standing guests. The 'Speakeasy Space' is properly named and offers a warm/ intimate vibe from the moment you set foot in the door. Our past clients include: HBO, PBS, Hulu, Canadian Broadcast Network, Daily Wire, Showtime, and VICE

- Security guards for events with 40+ guests - 1 guard required per 40 persons
- Certificate of Insurance
