About Us

Flat Fox Catering and Craft Service is a leader in film, commercial and television catering. Our company provides full-service location meal preparation to the fast-paced, demanding film industry. We pride ourselves on using as much locally sourced foods as possible. Having transitioned from production to the catering business, we understand the need to have food ready-to-serve on time, every time! We can usually feed 150 people in under 20 minutes using a double sided serving buffet. We know the need to move crew back to production as soon as possible without compromising service.

We use practical sustainability on set by providing separate bins for food scraps, recyclables and landfill trash. We use post-recyclable serve ware and locally source foods, where possible. We provide bulk water dispensers for cast/crew to refill personal water bottles.

They were amenable to our ever changing schedules, almost daily base camp moves and challenging weather while providing warm, hearty and nutritious food to our crew everyday - they even cooked a delicious crew dinner of steak and shrimps in a literal snow storm!"
