Ames elementary school was organizing a dramatization of Pirates of Penzance. This theater event involves the entire classroom of fourth graders. Parents are also involved in the production of the event. This is not just a small school project for parents and family. It is a big event that is open for the community as a professional theater experience. You'll see how everything goes behind the scenes.

Technical Info

This video was recorded with a Canon XH A1 to high definition mini dv tapes. Audio was captured with camera internal mic for b-roll and wireless sennheizer microphone for the interviews. Then edited on Final Cut Pro 6 and exported using Adobe Media Encoder CS4
