The actress had a tube adhered to her neck hidden by a neck prosthetic with a slit in it. When ready, blood would pump through the holes cut into the tube. This effect can be used in several ways such as spraying blood across someones face, having it pour out evenly or even strong gunshot blast.
This effect appears in, the "Welcome to Anhedonia" series and "Onika."
