Vermont landowner Tim Stout and his family use resources and guidance from the Family Forest Carbon Program to make his forest healthier for future generations, while also sequestering more carbon through their land.
This program, developed by the American Forest Foundation and The Nature Conservancy, allows family forest owners to participate in the voluntary carbon market and use climate-smart forestry practices.
