•CHA trade show climbed 30 spots in Trade Show 200 ranking to #67 show in three years.
•Renegotiated supplier contracts, reducing rates and improving attendance at CHA, IPC, IRgA, SBC events.
•Consolidated purchasing at SBC, CHA & IPC, dramatically reducing costs for clients.
•Authored and developed standard hotel/supplier contract, minimizing risk for association clients.
