For nearly the last six years I have worked for an advertising and marketing firm, Ackerman McQueen, within their in-house production department. I began as a broadcast/production assistant, then soon moved to a videographer and eventually director of photography role. The last two years I have worked as a showrunner and director of a web-based docuseries. Along with various client projects and videos, I have covered creative concepting responsibilities, pre-production development, lead my production teams on location in over 20 U.S. states, and oversaw post-production work through final edit to promotional and marketing materials. My current position has granted me the opportunity to assert creative authority while also collaborating with multi-platform specialists from interactive web-designers to copy writing to print and promotional materials.
Previously, I had years of experience working freelance from a wide range of projects, from camera crew during the 2012 NBA Finals (NBA Entertainment), the University of Oklahoma Athletic A/V department (Sooner Vision), American Idol, various independent film projects.
I have been in the industry since 2011.
