Sami’s Cafeteria is a full-line food service company and does catering for corporate events, church organizations and private schools. We also operate full service cafeterias and managed food services for major healthcare and industrial companies.On the retail side we operate branded franchised deli operations in high-rise office buildings, hospitals and malls. Our partner, Gem Foods is a major contractor for airline companies for making their in-flight meals using their USDA permitted commissary kitchen located in Richmond, Texas.
