About Me

Behind the camera since 1997. Director, cinematographer (steadicam / handheld / light design), editor and co-producer at Ektaron, a production company specializing in hybrid genre, multikulti, global stories, experimenting with norms, color & sound, creating features & series for any screen. Based in Paris (France), Lausanne (Switzerland) and LA (USA).

I welcome international collaborations and co-productions requiring extensive creative involvement (script, financing, direction, cinematography…) — but I’m not a one-man-band / camera owner-operator (I don't do interviews or corporate videos, sorry). We rent whatever gear necessary and assemble on-budget teams.

Filming experience in 5 countries (features and shorts, documentaries, complex music and ads) using diverse camera gear (Canon, ARRI, Sony, RED), lights (ARRI HMI / LED fresnels, Kinoflo) and managing international crew of 150+. Universal, curious, inventive, versatile, up-to-date. Professional, perfectionist, persistent, calm. Quick learner. Trilingual English, French, Russian.
